Principal People Strategy & Program Manager

Reporting to the Director, Head of People Strategy &amp; Programs, this role is critical in turning strategy into action—combining structured planning, disciplined execution, analytical insight, and creative problem-solving.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This individual will operate at the intersection of strategy and operations, with the ability to connect vision to execution, conduct data-driven analyses, and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, comfort with data and ambiguity, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving team and company culture.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role, ideal for someone who listens first, builds trust-based relationships, and takes initiative to lead through influence rather than authority.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $150,000.00 and up to $208,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
