You have a deep understanding of the latest tools and techniques and have a point of view on where it's taking the discipline. You are a fast, scrappy thinker who'd rather show something rough in two hours than a polished spec in two days. You enjoy thinking on your feet and can adapt your process when timelines and requirements change. You can articulate rationale and ask thoughtful questions that build trust with teammates. You are happy to take things off people's plates and have a can-do attitude.
