A definitive shift is currently happening. Corporates across the globe are no longer just reporting on sustainability; they are actively investing in it as a core financial and strategic asset. At CEEZER, we are architecting the infrastructure for enterprise-grade Climate Performance Asset management, transforming how the world's largest companies source and manage carbon credits, Energy Attribution Certificates (EAC), and Sustainable Aviation Fuel certificates (SAFc). Our platform gives the world’s most ambitious enterprises the data-driven precision, real-time monitoring, and framework-compliant reporting required to confidently deploy capital toward high-impact Climate Performance Asset portfolios and true, measurable climate action. Your mission We are looking for a Product Engineering Lead who can architect scalable systems, navigate complex data architectures, and drive engineering excellence. Set clear goals for yourself and your team, defining priorities, measuring what matters, and holding the team accountable without waiting for direction. Cultivate engineering excellence across the team, providing high-impact mentorship, technical guidance, and rigorous code reviews to continuously elevate development standards. Lead by example with hands-on technical execution, authoring high-quality, maintainable code across our TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js stack. What you need to succeed 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading and managing engineers: hiring, developing people, and running a team through complex, full lifecycle product deliveries. A strong product and business mindset, understanding how your past work affected customers, revenue, or company goals. Deep technical proficiency in TypeScript and the Node.js ecosystem, with hands-on experience building data-dense interfaces in React or Next.js.
