The Trust &amp; Safety team spans the full member lifecycle and is responsible for keeping our members’ accounts safe, ensuring uninterrupted access to their money, and minimizing risk and fraud loss across the platform.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We’re hiring Product Managers across Trust &amp; Safety to drive critical investments spanning, KYC, support experiences and automation, and disputes. These roles sit at the intersection of customer experience, risk management, operations, and compliance—owning high-impact problem spaces where the tradeoffs are real and the stakes are high.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to define strategy, ship impactful products, and continuously iterate based on data and insights.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">These are high-impact opportunities to shape how Chime balances growth, safety, and member experience at scale.</span></p> <p>The base salary for this role depends on the position location:</p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>San Francisco, CA:</strong> The base salary range is <strong>$183,000 to $205,000</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Chicago, IL:</strong> The base salary range is <strong>$165,000 to $185,000</strong>.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, a competitive equity package, and comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on factors such as location, skills, qualifications, and experience.</p> <p>The <strong>Enrollment &amp; KYC Product Manager</strong> and <strong>Disputes Product Manager</strong> roles are available in either <strong>San Francisco, CA</strong> or <strong>Chicago, IL</strong>, and candidates may be based in either location.</p> <p>The <strong>AI Agent Product Manager</strong> role, however, is based exclusively in <strong>San Francisco, CA</strong>.
