What would you be doing?

You'll own the product operations layer that powers Seleqt by Wishlink — the systems, processes, and brand-facing operations that get a brand's product data live and keep it healthy across both our user and creator surfaces. This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of product, brand, and tech.

Product Data & Information Architecture

Own the product data schema end-to-end — its design, governance, and expansion as new categories, brands, and attributes come on boardOwn the product information architecture across the platformProduct Data Health — Coverage, Depth & Accuracy

Monitor and own product data health across three dimensions: coverage (how much of the catalogue is tagged), depth (attribute richness per product), and accuracy (correctness of tags and mappings)Build and drive initiatives to improve data quality: brand-side tooling like DIY / self-serve tagging and bulk upload flows, and AI-assisted attribute extraction that reads product images to fill in missing attributesTrack the product live-funnel from sync to publish, and maintain a rolling view of price parity, image availability, stock/inventory issues, variant mappings, and overall data qualityBrand Operations

Support brand onboarding and product data syncOwn mid-funnel issues until a brand's catalogue is ready to publish, for both the user surface and creator sourcingBe the first point of contact for brand issues; triage, resolve what you can in real time, and filter before problems reach engineeringQuality & Data Analysis

What are we looking for?

• 2–3 years in product operations / e-commerce operations, ideally in a marketplace or D2C environment

• Hands-on experience with product data structures, attributes, and PIM (product information management) systems

• Comfort cutting and querying data in SQL (using any AI tool is fine) to drive decisions

• A sharp eye for detail: you spot a broken variant mapping or a missing image before the brand does

• Strong ownership and a process mindset — able to build operating SOPs and health workflows from scratch in a 0→1 setup

• A clear, credible communicator who can be the calm interface between brands and internal tech/product teams, and de-escalate when needed

• Bias for action — moves fast, follows through, takes end-to-end accountability for product data health

• Bonus: understanding of SEO fundamentals as they relate to product data and URLs; exposure to AI-assisted operations / attribute extraction
