We are looking for someone that is passionate about recruiting and working with hiring managers to find top talent across our business and tech orgs. We are looking for someone that has a positive attitude and can partner with our recruiting team to grow the company.</p> <p>Depending on business needs, there is potential for this contract to be extended.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Use your talents as a recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting process, including the ability to negotiate and close candidates</li> <li>Communicate and effectively partner with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and build out structure, create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies</li> <li>Use multiple sourcing strategies and channels, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions</li> <li>Drive the offer process to onboard candidates</li> <li>Help maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and build out a transparent reporting on recruiting activity</li> <li>Be a gatekeeper of our culture and champion for Faire values: We serve our community, We seek the truth, We are all owners, We embrace the adventure, We are kind</li> <li>Help build an inclusive and diverse team environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally coming from a tech start-up&nbsp;</li> <li>You are resourceful, proactive and take initiative on helping to solve complex talent puzzles</li> <li>You are passionate about recruiting&nbsp;</li> <li>You are organized and have excellent time management skills</li> <li>You care about the candidate experience and employee brand</li> <li>You are data driven and have experience managing campaigns</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Range</strong></p> <p>Toronto, ON &amp; Kitchener-Waterloo, ON: the pay range for this role is $88,000 to $121,000 per year.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.&nbsp;Faire uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to screen and select applicants for this position.<br>This job posting is for an existing vacancy.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;"><em data-stringify-type="italic">Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday).</em> Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year.
