Remote Craigslist Ad Poster

Somebody has to write the ad that actually gets clicked instead of scrolled past — the one with a headline that doesn't sound like every other listing in the category. That's a specific skill, even if it doesn't always get treated like one. We're hiring a Remote Craigslist Ad Poster to write, schedule, and manage classified listings that drive real leads across several markets and industries. It's a fully remote role, $83,500 a year. What the Work Involves Write customized ad copy for different industries and geographic markets, keeping it specific rather than generic Schedule and post listings during high-traffic windows for the category you're working in Track how each post is performing and flag anything that isn't gaining traction Rotate titles, wording, and visuals regularly so listings stay fresh rather than repetitive Manage multiple posting accounts responsibly, following platform guidelines Coordinate with the marketing team so postings line up with broader campaign timing Research what's working in the category and adjust your approach based on actual results, not guesswork What You'll Need Minimum education required: High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in online classified marketing, ad posting, or a similar lead-generation role Strong writing skills — persuasive, tight, no filler Comfort managing several campaigns at once and tracking outcomes without losing track of what's working What Helps an Application Stand Out Background in digital marketing, lead generation, or virtual sales support Experience with location-based or geo-targeted advertising campaigns Familiarity with classified ad platform guidelines and how to stay compliant with them A genuine interest in testing different approaches and adjusting based on what the data shows Tools You'll Use A content management system for storing ad templates and performance history Scheduling software to keep posting consistent without manual tracking Analytics dashboards for monitoring impressions, leads, and conversions Slack and Zoom for day-to-day coordination with the marketing team People browsing remote marketing roles on platforms like Naukri Mitra often skip past listings that don't explain the actual daily workflow — this one's meant to be specific about it, since the job comes down to consistent execution more than any single big idea. How the Team Works Hours are flexible, but the role runs on deadlines tied to peak posting windows, so timing matters more than a fixed schedule. Weekly syncs and shared dashboards keep everyone aligned, and there's a genuine feedback culture — people share what's working and adjust together rather than everyone guessing independently. Where This Can Lead This isn't designed as a dead-end role. As campaigns and markets expand, opportunities open up in team leadership and training. Consistent results and initiative tend to get noticed quickly here, since performance is tracked closely enough that good work doesn't go unnoticed. Compensation and Benefits $83,500 annual salary Performance-based bonuses and clear paths for advancement Flexible, largely asynchronous scheduling Paid training and professional development Wellness days and paid time off Who Tends to Do Well Here Strong candidates write quickly without sloppiness, and they're comfortable adjusting their approach the moment the data suggests something isn't working. Independence matters — this role relies more on self-direction than on close supervision, so people who track their own results well tend to thrive. Apply Open to candidates in the USA, Canada, the UK, the European Union, Australia, India, and other international markets. If writing copy that actually gets a response sounds like something you're good at, send in your application.
