Remote eCommerce Support Associate

The Person Who Keeps Online Orders From Falling Apart Somewhere between "I placed my order" and "it arrived on time," a lot can go wrong — and someone has to catch it. That's the job. We're hiring a Remote eCommerce Support Associate to sit right in the middle of that process: answering customers, fixing what broke, and making sure the product page actually matches what's in stock. Fully remote. Paid $72,500 a year. What You're Solving, Day to Day No two tickets look exactly alike, but the shape of the work is consistent. A basic grasp of HTML is expected too — enough to notice when a listing's formatting has broken and fix it yourself. How the Team Works Remote, structured, but not rigid. Shifts are set in advance, reviews focus on outcomes rather than hours logged, and collaboration isn't optional — it's built into how the team communicates. You'll get regular virtual check-ins and ongoing training, without the constant meeting overload some remote jobs fall into. Where This Can Lead This role isn't a dead end. People who start here move into eCommerce operations leadership, customer experience strategy, remote fulfillment and logistics planning, product lifecycle and merchandising work, or customer retention strategy. Upskilling is genuinely encouraged — the expectation is that you'll eventually contribute beyond tickets. Pay and Perks $72,500 annual salary Paid holiday leave and personal time Performance-based team bonuses Access to remote learning platforms Wellness allowances or dedicated mental health days What Good Work Looks Like Here Satisfaction scores that consistently beat targets.
