This role will be a critical thought partner to senior leadership, helping translate company strategy into actionable priorities that drive multiproduct growth, customer adoption, and revenue across the Twilio business. The SBP will own and influence key aspects of the business operating rhythm, including forecasting, pipeline and performance management, annual planning, strategic planning, KPI/OKR development, business reviews, and executive reporting.
