Our client is a well-established, well-funded health-technology and analytics company building enterprise-grade AI products for the healthcare and insurance sector. As part of a growing AI team in Noida, they're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design and deployment of advanced NLP, machine learning and Generative AI solutions.
What you'll do
Design and ship production GenAI solutions — LLM applications, RAG architectures, agents and copilots — on real healthcare data Build NLP capabilities for document intelligence: entity extraction, summarisation, classification and semantic search Own the full ML lifecycle end to end — problem framing, modelling, deployment and monitoring Establish evaluation frameworks, guardrails and prompt-engineering standards Partner closely with product, engineering and business teams, and mentor junior data scientists What you'll bring
At least 6 years of experience in data science / ML, with recent hands-on delivery of NLP and Generative AI solutions. Strong Python and SQL; solid grounding in modern ML and deep learning Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and vector databases Cloud and MLOps exposure — ideally Azure and/or Databricks, plus containerisation and CI/CD Clear communicator who can influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders Healthcare, insurance or other regulated-data domain experience is a strong plus What's on offer
