Senior Enablement Strategy & Ops Manager

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As the Senior Enablement Strategy & Operations Manager at Vanta, you will be the strategic partner and operational engine behind our rapidly scaling Global Revenue Enablement org. This role combines elements of a chief of staff with deep operational leadership — you’ll design and execute the quarterly planning cadence, build the operating rhythm that drives team execution, and establish the measurement framework that demonstrates enablement’s business impact.
