Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance

The Corporate Finance team sits at the center of Discord’s financial operations: responsible for financial planning and forecasting, strategic analysis, equity programs and capital markets activities. The team regularly works alongside senior leaders across the business to shape Discord's financial future.&nbsp;</p> <p>Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Finance, you’ll play a central role on a small, high-ownership team with lots of opportunity for growth. This role will be responsible for some of Discord’s highest-impact workstreams and processes, including: owning our financial planning tool, partnering with cross-functional teams, building financial models, and supporting strategic projects. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience that offers autonomy, interactions with business partners, and the opportunity to impact a rapidly growing business.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Drive Internal Forecasting and Reporting:</strong> Support monthly and long-range forecasting and own reporting for various internal and external stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Build Strategic Financial Models:</strong> Develop and maintain analyses that inform Discord’s complex, high-stakes strategic initiatives and projects.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Support Cross-Functional Initiatives:</strong> Partner with Total Rewards, Legal, and Accounting on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across equity programs, compensation and more.</li> <li><strong>Leverage AI and Drive Efficiency Across Core Finance Processes.</strong> Apply generative-AI and advanced analytics tools to accelerate modeling, improve processes, and streamline reporting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Should Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or high-growth tech FP&amp;A, with heavy financial-modeling ownership.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excel mastery. You build financial models from scratch. You have opinions about model architecture.
