You'll work directly with C-Suite leaders to build people strategies that drive effectiveness, grow talent, and sustain a high-performance culture as we scale. This isn't a consulting role. You'll be embedded in the business, bringing strategic vision and operational follow-through in equal measure.&nbsp;We want a builder: someone who's guided teams through real inflection points, balances analytical rigor with genuine human-centeredness, and never loses sight of the individual in the system. You speak truth to power, advocate for employees, help leaders make hard calls&nbsp; and you don't wait to be asked.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p><strong>Strategic Partnership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders across Finance, Legal, People, and Security &amp; IT functions</li> <li>Translate business objectives into actionable people strategies, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development</li> <li>Advise on org structure, team effectiveness, and leadership development to support G&amp;A scaling</li> <li>Partner with executives on headcount planning and HC allocation to align talent resources with business priorities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Talent &amp; Performance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive talent review and talent development processes across supported organizations</li> <li>Coach and develop leaders at all levels, from IC ‘s to managers to VPs, on people management, feedback, and performance</li> <li>Lead and support performance management cycles, including calibration facilitation and compensation review</li> <li>Partner with Talent Acquisition to build thoughtful hiring strategies and ensure strong candidate experiences</li> </ul> <p><strong>Culture &amp; Employee Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Champion Vercel'
