Lead, Chime Enterprise Compliance

<h2>About the role</h2> <p>We are hiring a Senior Lead, Chime Enterprise Compliance to support Chime Enterprise and help ensure our growing portfolio of B2B and B2C products launches in a compliant, scalable, and member-focused way. As our Senior Lead, you’ll serve as a trusted compliance advisor to Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams, helping them navigate complex regulatory requirements while enabling innovation and growth. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of numerous consumer financial regulations and offers the opportunity to shape and mature a rapidly growing compliance advisory program with significant executive visibility.</p> <p>The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $156,000.00 and up to $215,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.</p> <h2>In this role, you can expect to</h2> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary compliance advisor supporting Chime Enterprise’s B2B and B2C products, features, and strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Operations, and external bank partners to identify compliance requirements early in the product development lifecycle.</li> <li>Review and approve product collateral, disclosures, user experiences, and marketing materials while developing scalable review frameworks and standards.</li> <li>Lead compliance readiness efforts for new product launches by proactively identifying regulatory risks and developing practical mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Drive cross-functional compliance initiatives, issue remediation efforts, and program enhancements across multiple business lines and regulatory domains.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and enhance compliance procedures, controls, governance processes, metrics, and reporting frameworks that support Chime Enterprise’s growth.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders while helping mature the Chime Enterprise Compliance Advisory program and compliance operating model.</li> </ul> <h2>To thrive in this role, you have</h2> <ul> <li>9+ years of consumer compliance experience within fintech, banking, financial services, or related regulated environments.</li> <li> <div><span id="m_-2530299921045269825gmail-docs-internal-guid-f9629f19-7fff-6dca-c017-cc89ce254da6">7+ years of experience providing compliance advisory support throughout </span></div> </li> <li>Deep expertise across multiple consumer financial regulations including UDAAP, Regulation E, Regulation Z, ECOA/Regulation B, FCRA, Regulation DD, Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and applicable state regulations.</li> <li>Experience providing compliance advisory support throughout product design, development, launch, and marketing review processes.</li> <li>Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving compliance outcomes across complex organizations.</li> <li>Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business guidance.</li> <li>Experience developing and enhancing compliance programs, procedures, controls, governance frameworks, and reporting processes.</li> <li>CRCM, JD, or equivalent compliance certification or advanced expertise preferred.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-BE1#LI-Hybrid</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>A little about us</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">At Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress.
