About Clipster Clipster is where brands and creators connect to turn views into profits. Clippers (Creators) clip, remix, and post branded content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and beyond — earning money for every view they deliver. Brands get a significantly better influencer marketing experience thanks to scale, simplicity, and reliable performance tracking. We started as an influencer marketing agency. While clients loved our results, delivering them was a pain. So we started automating everything we did — and it paid off. 2025 was a great year for us: We launched our platform in early 2025 We grew our team to 35 members We scaled from 0 to more than 100,000 creators and paid out more than $5M to them We acquired more than 120 clients solely through word of mouth. Our growth has been 100% organic We ran campaigns for companies such as Telegram, UFC, Universal Music Group and artists such as Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Playboi Carti, and Kendrick Lamar We're profitable and have secured our first investor The role We are looking for a Backend-Heavy Senior Engineer who isn't afraid to touch the full stack. While your primary domain will be our Golang services and distributed architecture, you are a "Product Engineer" at heart — meaning you understand the "why" behind the code and can jump into the React/Next.js frontend whenever it's the shortest path to delivering value. The mindset we hire for Intensity & Grit — You run toward hard problems and stay until they are solved. Ambitious Simplification — You have the intelligence to solve complex problems and the wisdom to choose the simplest solution. Ownership & Mission Alignment — You don't "close tickets"; you ship outcomes. You care about the creator economy as much as we do. AI Readiness — You leverage modern tools to multiply your output and keep us at the cutting edge. Humility & Collaboration — You are a high-bandwidth communicator who mentors others and leaves your ego at the door. Your technical toolkit Core Backend — 5+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years of mastery in Golang. Comfortable with high-performance distributed systems. Fullstack Versatility — Backend is your home, but you have the skills to navigate and contribute to a React/Next.js frontend. Infrastructure & Data — Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and ideally GCP. Architectural Mindset — You move seamlessly from system design to shipping production-ready code. Clean code, test coverage, and documentation are your tools for maintaining velocity. Bonus points Experience with payment systems (we handle around $1M in monthly payouts).
