Adyen has built a Financial OS spanning Capital, Banking, and Issuing, powered by our unified global platform, banking licenses, and dynamic identity data.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are looking for a <em>Senior Product Manager</em> to help scale <em>Capital</em>, which will be foundational for Adyen’s next generation Financial Products. The Capital team is on a mission to enable businesses to grow &amp; thrive by providing them innovative financing solutions. The role is based out of San Francisco&nbsp; and sits within the Capital team, which is part of our Financial Services product team.</p> <p>Successful candidates will have demonstrated passion for financial technology and are excited about Adyen’s opportunity to build a meaningful Capital business in the next 2-5 yrs. In this role, you will be responsible for building a roadmap and executing on new financing products. You will collaborate closely with our Product, Commercial, Design, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to deliver customer and business outcomes.</p> <h3>What you’ll do</h3> <ul> <li>Set strategy and roadmap for new Capital products.</li> <li>Understand customer needs and make investments in products and features that deliver customer value.</li> <li>Lead platform-scale execution working closely with the Engineering, Product, Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to deliver a highly automated platform that scales globally without compromising reliability or trust.</li> <li>Operate with a data and experimentation first mindset<strong> </strong>defining success metrics for the team and adopting an AI-first product development approach that uses experimentation to measurably improve outcomes.</li> </ul> <h3>Who you are</h3> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience building high-scale products in fast growing tech or fintech environments.&nbsp;</li> <li>4+ year
