Senior Product Manager - Core Interfaces

Banking services provided through Choice Financial Group and Column N.A., Members FDIC.</em></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of an underdefined, high-stakes surface and develop a real point of view on what it should be; starting with Tasks, Home, and Notifications</li> <li>Lead a redesign of the Mercury home page: what belongs on it, what doesn't, and how it earns its real estate as the product's job for the customer changes</li> <li>Design the unified logic behind tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product alerts</li> <li>Partner closely with Command, agents, and product teams that will increasingly lean on these surfaces to drive intent</li> <li>Set direction and a prioritized roadmap, balancing user needs against the needs of every product team that depends on Dashboard as connective tissue</li> <li>Work as a true collaborator with design, shaping the visual and interaction language of core surfaces</li> <li>Operate independently in ambiguity, contributing to the visioning, sequencing, and execution of a multi-phase overhaul of horizontal Dashboard experiences</li> <li>Regularly present strategy and tradeoffs to company leadership</li> <li>Translate qualitative and quantitative data into insights that inform the team's work</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we need from you:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably on horizontal product or platform teams accountable for a quality user experience.
