PagerDuty is hiring an experienced Senior Talent Partner in Lisbon to help drive and scale our hiring across Europe and global non-North American regions. Over the past several years, our Lisbon office has grown into one of our key strategic hubs. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment across non-North American territories, with a primary operational focus on Lisbon and proven, hands-on recruiting experience across Europe. You will also collaborate cross-regionally with North American TA teammates on priority searches as needed.

PagerDuty is a flexible, hybrid workplace. This role requires an in-office presence at our Lisbon office 2 days a week.
