You will partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to develop strategies to identify and hire top performing candidates and work with the wider People Team to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.&nbsp; We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter who brings a passion for technology with a focus on creativity and solutions.&nbsp;</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work with hiring managers across one or more verticals to craft job postings and devise recruitment strategies to hire high performing talent</p> </li> <li> <p>Influence Hiring teams to monitor and improve candidate experience&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Source and engage passive candidates</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job creation through the candidate’s start date, with an emphasis on building strong hiring manager partnerships and candidate advocacy</p> </li> <li> <p>Strategize creative ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns</p> </li> <li> <p>Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine position + value add</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage interview logistics and hiring decision-making process with interviewers and hiring managers</p> </li> <li> <p>Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive offer negotiations &amp; process in partnership with hiring managers and Compensation team</p> </li> <li> <p>Recommend improvements to sourcing, process and candidate outreach&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in operational and TA related projects</p> </li> <li> <p>Support company Inclusion &amp; Diversity efforts&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years progressive technical recruiting experience in a highly technical, engineering organization. In house experience required</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience hiring for multiple&nbsp; highly specialized, very senior, and niche positions simultaneously</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to proactively source + attract passive talent in the industry through multiple methods and channels</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated expertise at partnering cross-functionally with senior leadership to drive collaborative decisions and think outside the box</p> </li> <li> <p>Flexibility to support multiple functions within our Tech teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent interviewing skills with ability to screen for both technical and team fit</p> </li> <li> <p>A commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams where collaboration and respect are just as important as technical ability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Extensive tech industry knowledge with ability to identify target companies, conferences and other sources for top industry-related talent</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong track record of monitoring their metrics and delivering against targets - both quantitative and qualitative</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to make data-driven decisions &amp; work within structured hiring processes</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong consultative and interpersonal skills wit
