I have an opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team at a busy, casual dining, 2-rosette restauarnt and boutique hotel in Broadway, in the North Cotswolds. You will ideally have at least 4 years experience at 2-rosette standard and have experience working as a Sous Chef in a fine dining environment.
