This team runs 24/7, keeping trading, clearing, and connectivity systems healthy for clients and internal stakeholders. You'll troubleshoot issues in real time, coordinate cross-functional resolution for complex problems, and execute deployment testing to protect production environments.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Own real-time functional and technical support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange applications across CDE and Deribit.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to exchange functionality, market events, connectivity, product schedules, and business technology.</li> <li>Provide front-line support for internal and external investigations tied to exchange operations, including error trade analysis and resolution.</li> <li>Coordinate with product and development teams to launch new products, implement platform updates, and execute deployment testing in pre-production environments.</li> <li>Support onboarding and ongoing operational enablement of clients and vendors across both exchanges, including prediction markets and event contracts listed on CDE.</li> <li>Identify, document, and recommend operational process improvements aligned with business objectives and platform growth.</li> </ul> <p>Required Skills and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a technical field, with 1+ years of experience in financial markets operations or a technical operations role.</li> <li>Demonstrated product and operational knowledge of listed futures or options, including hands-on experience with error trade analysis and resolution.</li> <li>Proven ability to diagnose and articulate complex technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audie
