You can read more about our AI interview philosophy and how we use AI in our recruiting process <a href="https://www.pinterestcareers.com/our-philosophy-on-ai-in-hiring/">here</a>.</p></div><p>Pinterest is looking for a Sr. Lead, HRBP to serve as the senior-most People partner across APAC. <br>Based in Singapore, you’ll partner closely with the VP of APAC Sales and regional leaders across Greater China, Japan and Australia to align People strategies with business priorities and support organizational health, leadership effectiveness and growth.</p> <p>You’ll partner with a broad, multi-functional client group across the Global Business Organization, engineering, product, design, marketing, communications, creative, recruiting, legal and business affairs and finance. In this high-impact role, you’ll shape the regional People agenda and help Pinterest scale thoughtfully across a complex and evolving APAC market.</p> <h4><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Partner with the VP of APAC Sales and regional leadership teams to translate business priorities into People strategies that support growth, performance and organizational effectiveness.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational health, leadership capability, team effectiveness, employee experience and change.</li> <li>Lead APAC talent priorities, including workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, career growth and performance management.</li> <li>Drive organizational effectiveness through organization design, team
