This team builds the internal control plane where Finance and Accounting teams monitor financial health, investigate reconciliation breaks, and take governed action. You'll turn ambiguous operational problems into cohesive, scalable user experiences and establish the patterns that enable Finance to operate with greater speed, accuracy, and confidence.</p> <p class="mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap"><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the frontend technical strategy and architecture for financial reconciliation and operations products, including React and TypeScript applications for high-volume financial data, tables, filtering, visualizations, and transaction-level investigation.</li> <li>Lead the design of auditable human-in-the-loop workflows covering validation, approval states, error handling, permissions, and review history.</li> <li>Define end-to-end contracts with backend and API teams so that new data capabilities become reliable, understandable product features.</li> <li>Establish best practices for frontend quality across testing, accessibility, performance, observability, feature management, and safe rollout.</li> <li>Drive the most ambiguous and high-impact initiatives, creating technical clarity and alignment across engineering, product, design, and Finance stakeholders.</li> <li>Partner directly with Finance and Accounting users to translate operational pain points into a clear product and technical roadmap, while mentoring
