Sr. Technical Recruiter (London)

At Perplexity AI, we are building products that push the boundaries of how people find, reason, and learn information. The scale and speed of our mission demand a team that thrives in environments of rapid iteration and constant discovery. As a Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of shaping the talent foundation that fuels our growth. This is not a traditional Recruiting role. You will partner closely with hiring managers, and engineers to identify, engage, and inspire world-class talent, helping build a team capable of solving some of the most challenging problems in AI today. Just as importantly, you will use AI to automate and augment your own workflow, treating sourcing as a system to be engineered rather than a set of manual tasks.
