We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to connect with customers after their purchase and ensure they have had a good experience with our products and services.
The role involves speaking with customers, collecting feedback, resolving basic queries and encouraging satisfied customers to share their experience through the appropriate feedback channels.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing customers after purchaseCheck customer satisfaction with the product and overall experienceCollect customer feedback in a polite and professional mannerGuide customers on how they can share their feedback onlineFollow up with customers wherever requiredRecord call outcomes and customer responses accuratelyEscalate product or service concerns to the concerned teamMaintain daily calling and follow-up recordsMeet assigned calling and customer engagement targetsWho We Are Looking For
Good communication skills in Hindi and English ( Compulsory )Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phonePolite, patient and convincing communication stylePrevious experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales or customer relationship roles is preferredFreshers with good communication skills may also applyPay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
