Job Responsibilities
Generate new trading business leads.
Meet clients through field visits and scheduled appointments.
Explain the company's trading services professionally.
Schedule client meetings and Zoom sessions.
Assist clients with account opening and onboarding.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Provide excellent after-sales service and regular follow-ups.
Maintain daily reports and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly trading business targets.
Performance Targets
First 3 Months: ₹10 Lakh Monthly Target.
After Confirmation: ₹15 Lakh Monthly Target.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
Confident personality with a professional attitude.
Willingness to travel and meet clients.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
