Product Analysis & PLG: Analyze user flows to identify friction points and propose specific "Product-Led Growth" initiatives to improve the user experience. Market Mapping: Research trends in observability, cloud monitoring, and hybrid IT to help us identify new opportunities. Content Support: Help translate complex technical features into clear value propositions for our website, internal documentation, and sales assets. Your profile Tech-Affinity: You don't need to be a developer, but you must be fascinated by how software works. You enjoy learning about concepts like Kubernetes, Server Monitoring, or Cloud Infrastructure. Fast Learner: You can quickly absorb complex technical information and explain it simply. Analytical Mindset: You enjoy synthesizing data or qualitative feedback into clear patterns and insights.
